Sustainability ECHO Poster - 2024
At NHS Highland, Scotland, we created an innovative, online community of practice, with the Scottish Centre for Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes), to provide healthcare professionals with opportunities to learn about healthcare sustainability.

Living Well Poster - 2022
The InAdvance project is a European funded project which proposes a new model of palliative care interventions based on early integration and personalised pathways for older people with complex chronic (non-malignant) conditions. The ‘Living Well course’ was hosted by Highland Hospice with in-house technical and administrative support.

2023

Evaluation of ECHO for Care Homes in Scotland - November 2023
It is critical that the care home workforce has sustained opportunities for learning to enable their continued development and ultimately to provide high quality care for residents. Project ECHO Care Homes was launched by the Highland Hospice superhub in May 2023 with the aim of strengthening and building practice in care homes in Scotland.
